What is Coaching?

 

A coach provides a process for individuals and/or team to go from where they are now to where they want to go, faster by providing a process that enhance motivation, skills in order to refine and improve performance.

 

A coach success is not about knowing the right answers, it is about mastering the right questions to ask

 

The coach will use the GROW model as its main process – Goal, Reality, Options, Will

 

Coaching is delivered on a one to one basis – usually face to face once a week for 60 minutes with phone & e-mail support if needed– This would apply mainly to the executives and key talents.

 

Coaching is also delivered in groups of any size in the form of workshops or/and week-end team building event (that can include body-mind coaching if appropriate) and through bespoke activities and follow up sessions.

The coach will sit down for 60 minutes with the sponsor and ask the following questions in relation to him/herself, team members and organisation:

DO: If this project is a success What do you want to be doing?
