What is Coaching?
A coach provides a process for individuals and/or team to go from where they are now to where they want to go, faster by providing a process that enhance motivation, skills in order to refine and improve performance.
A coach success is not about knowing the right answers, it is about mastering the right questions to ask
The coach will use the GROW model as its main process – Goal, Reality, Options, Will
Coaching is delivered on a one to one basis – usually face to face once a week for 60 minutes with phone & e-mail support if needed– This would apply mainly to the executives and key talents
Coaching is also delivered in groups of any size in the form of workshops or/and week-end team building event (that can include body-mind coaching if appropriate) and through bespoke activities and follow up sessions.
